Standard Courses

Intranet Manager
The Intranet Manager course is for your high level administrators and it will look at how to manage the intranet by creating sections and managing menus, setting up permissions and customising the default homepage. Your Project Manager and Key IT staff might like to attend this. 

Content Manager - Level 1
The Content Manager Level 1 course is for the people who will be responsible for looking after the individual sections, your Content Managers. It will look at how to structure sections by building up the left hand menu, adding content in the form of documents and customising the section homepage.

Content Manager - Level 2
This is an advanced session for existing Content Managers that builds upon the skills learnt in the Level 1 session. It uncovers advanced functionality and is specially developed to teach attendees the best ways to manage intranet content making it more attractive and easier to find.

Interact Developer
This course is for up to 2 people who already have an understanding of programming in .Net and SQL Server.  After this course, you will be able to expand your intranet by creating pages, forms or applications which integrate fully and work seamlessly with the rest of Interact.
