    Watchlists can be set up so that you can monitor absences of selected key personnel e.g. project teams across more than one department.  User’s who cannot take leave when other team members are off can check who is off before booking their own leave and managers can monitor who is off when.
    HR documents and policies can be added to the booking area so that staff can review guidelines on absences before making bookings.
