    Catalogue all your organisation's courses on the intranet:  Browse a catalogue of courses including details such as syllabus, content, objectives and length.
    Automatically manage training that needs updating regularly.  Each course can include a length for which it is valid, e.g. staff may need to attend Health & Safety training every six months - Training Manager automatically alerts training co-ordinators of this.
    Create training plans for staff.  New starters may be required to complete several different training courses/sessions as part of their induction programme, or you may wish to create a set of courses that all sales personnel must attend.  With Training Manager you can assign either a single course or a 'package' comprising different courses.  Both the Trainee and Training Manager are notified of courses undertaken until training requirements have been met.
    Book your staff on courses:  Managers can book staff on courses and where staff need regularly updated training, or refresher courses, an alert system is incorporated to highlight when these are due.
    Reporting Facility:  Create reports on different aspects of training e.g. number of hours contributed towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, as well as financial reporting on the overall cost of any aspect of the training for your organisation.
    Schedule courses via the intranet:  Manage the number of people on each course, allocate grades, or pass/fail status and store notes about trainees which are accessible to authorised users only, ensuring confidentiality.
    Attach course information documents:  Course materials and documentation can be attached to courses and downloaded by attendees.  This enables course administrators to ensure up to date documentation is always accessible and keeps the information together in one location.
    View and print training schedule:  Calendar view of courses and see date, title and number of attendees.  You can click on the course title link to see course summaries.
