Interact provides an easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor which allows non-technical users to create attractive and fully 'AA' compliant web pages with minimum training. Choose between 'advanced add' and a step-by-step wizard, and view audit trails with rollback. The product includes all the standard tools you would expect plus; drag and drop picture editing, hyperlink manager, pre-designed smart templates, mandatory read capability, and expiry and review dates with prompts to remind authors that action is required. With Interact you can create many flexible homepage layouts and use over 40 pre-built homepage widgets.

Interact Intelligence Store

Interact includes an intelligence store which anonymously logs every mouse click, learns, adapts and understands how all your content is linked together on the intranet. It then uses its intelligence store to drive collaboration and communication by making relevant suggestions of similar content to users. Importantly it also monitors searches and feedback alerts to continuously improve the findabillity and quality of content.

Link to third-party databases, extract data and make business decisions. Send immediate sign-off alerts and customise completion emails. Export to CSV, ensuring your data can be imported into excel or other databases.

Interact contains a revolutionary search based on its unique intelligence store. It searches all the content on the intranet including the staff directory, calendars, and applications. The search incorporates adaptive learning capabilities and continually optimises search results. Search results can be ranked on a number of criteria including; popularity, keyword density, and ratings. Advanced and Quick search and enables you to use filters to only see a particular type of search results such as blog posts, or calendar entries. Key users can manually influence search results and promote specific content by using 'best bets'.

My Widget

Interact comes with a homepage widget which actively promotes content that users have an interest in by displaying any comments made on users' blogs or blogs they are subscribed to. Similarly, comments on articles the user has commented on and any 'favourite' documents. This means that users are kept up to date with any new posts and can follow progress without having to go and actively seek out the information. 'My Widget' gives users the ability to integrate their personal favourites easily into the intranet and helps avoid information overload by showing them information relevant to them.

Interact contains a unique set of advanced search and statistics metrics which allows you to measure your intranet's return on investment and support your staff in day-to-day work by ensuring your intranet search returns effective results.
